The reason I have given 3 stars is because of the lack of communication. I received an email sayingyou had accepted the order then nothing until a text one morning a week later saying it was coming that day between 8 and 4. No warning. No arrangement. I had even spoke to my bank thinking it might be a scam! More updates please!

Very pleased with my purchase very good value for money looks great and very functional. Read the instructions a few times and took one step at a time and followed the diagrams. Would endorse this product just need summer time to come so I can try it out.
The customer service was outstanding! The fireplace arrived on time and was handled with great care. It looks fantastic nestled under the 70-inch TV. Heat's the room up when the heating option is needed.
