Would have given 5 stars but tracking was never received and a delivery was attempted without our knowledge. Website said a card was left but it wasn't
Was very sceptical at first about using these on line shops But proved me wrong. First class communication from Howarm delivered my fire on time excellent product and addition to my media wall. Thank you for making my experience simple and stress free.

The reason I have given 3 stars is because of the lack of communication. I received an email sayingyou had accepted the order then nothing until a text one morning a week later saying it was coming that day between 8 and 4. No warning. No arrangement. I had even spoke to my bank thinking it might be a scam! More updates please!

Very pleased with my purchase very good value for money looks great and very functional. Read the instructions a few times and took one step at a time and followed the diagrams. Would endorse this product just need summer time to come so I can try it out.
The customer service was outstanding! The fireplace arrived on time and was handled with great care. It looks fantastic nestled under the 70-inch TV. Heat's the room up when the heating option is needed.
