2. Do you offer free shipping?

Mainland UK: Yes, free delivery to all mainland UK postcodes.

Offshore areas (NI, Isles, etc.): Unfortunately, we can't absorb the delivery cost to these locations due to our already competitive pricing and tight margins.

However, we promise two things:

  1. Fair pricing: We only pass on the standard market rate — no inflated fees.
  2. No surprise charges: After you place your order, our team will email you the exact shipping cost. If it works for you, we'll proceed. If not, you can cancel for a full, hassle-free refund.
3. What is the delivery time?

Most orders arrive within 4–8 working days.

We dispatch within 24–48 hours, with delivery taking 2–6 working days after that — depending on your location and courier schedules.

If your order includes multiple boxes, they may arrive separately.

4. Can I mount a TV above the electric fire?

Yes, please allow minimum 300 mm (11.8 inch) clearance above. 

Required clearances are listed in both the digital manual and the printed manual supplied with the fire.
5. Do I need to leave ventilation space at the rear?

No. Vents are located on the front. As long as the front vents remain unobstructed, the fire can be fully recessed into a media wall.
6. Can I use the flame without heat?

Yes, all models have a flame-only setting. Heat off, LED flame on. Perfect for summer. Just 3–4W in flame-only mode.
7. Are your fireplaces good value and reliable?

Our fireplaces are built to a high standard with full after‑sales support. We offer a 1‑year warranty plus 30‑day full refunds for damaged items.
